Leadership
Joseph Makol
As Founder and President of Luna, Joseph leads all strategic engagements. He has spent his career building high tech products and software to serve the DoD community. He is the former founder and CTO of Citadel Defense, a market leading Counter-UAS product. Citadel's flagship Titan product is widely adopted across the DoD. Prior to founding Citadel he led technical UAS programs at General Atomics Aeronautical. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science from University of California Santa Barbara and graduated from the Stanford GSB Executive Leadership program. He is a former Secret Level clearance holder.
